The growth of hotel base in Poland is promising. The market is attracting interest from investors around the world. The total value of real estate transactions increased from PLN 1.8 bn to PLN 2.72 bn. Only in 2014 the hotel base grew by 143 projects offering over 8,000 new rooms.

Data show that Poland is one of the most popular CEE markets for hotel investments. This trend will continue. Industry experts anticipate an inflow of capital not only form Europe, but also North America and Asia. The increase in demand for hotel beds will be due to enhanced mobility of the international tourists and corporate guests traveling on business and visiting congresses, fairs and conferences.
